We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Automation Lead to spearhead our QA automation strategy. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and execution of automated tests across web, mobile, and API platforms.

  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers through code reviews and training sessions.\
  • Lead non-functional testing initiatives, including performance, scalability, and accessibility testing.\
  • Contribute to release readiness assessments and risk identification.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI-driven testing and low-code automation platforms.\
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for reliable and repeatable deployments.\
  • Monitor test execution and reporting through dashboards and analytics.\
  • Define and maintain test data management strategies.\
  • Champion QA process improvements, including tooling upgrades and automation ROI analysis.\
  • Drive cross-device/browser validation and observability-driven QA.\
  • Participate in sprint planning and ensure QA ownership throughout the development cycle.\
  • Advise on Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.\
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, regression, integration, performance, and security layers.\
  • Deliver high-quality documentation and reports on test results and recommendations.\
  • Guide junior engineers on test design, implementation, and debugging.\
  • Explore innovative testing tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities.\
  • Engage in knowledge sharing and community participation in QA and testing communities.\
  • Advocate for quality culture within the team and organization.\
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and prioritize testing efforts.\
  • Drive project delivery and ensure successful project outcomes.\
  • Continuously improve testing processes, procedures, and standards.\
