- We are looking for a highly skilled AML compliance specialist with expertise in regulatory matters and experience in insurance, banking or asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and operate AML monitoring processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide expert advice on AML laws, regulations, financial crime trends, and methods.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML regulations and industry developments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective AML controls and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of AML operational advisory experience in insurance, banking, or asset management.
- Knowledge of AML laws, regulations, financial crime trends, and methods.
- Understanding of KYC & financial crime including AML controls, terrorist financing, CDD, EDD, watchlists, targeted sanctions, and PEP.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to design and implement AML monitoring processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
