Job Title: Financial Operations CoordinatorAbout the Role:

This is a highly responsible position that involves coordination with various departments for collection of data and relevant information required for statutory tax compliances.

  • Responsibilities include monthly GST workings and timely filing of returns, E-way bill, E-Invoice.
  • Computing TDS, TCS liability on a monthly basis, filing of TDS Return, correction statements, issuing/verifying TDS certificates to vendors on a quarterly basis and to employees at year-end, verifying/applying for lower deduction certificates.
  • Preparing and submitting reports, documents related to assessment proceedings with income tax, VAT, service tax authorities, and GST department.
  • Preparing financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss account, cash flow statement).
  • Reconciling various accounts such as receivables, payables, intercompany transactions.
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors and tax authorities.
  • Preparing MIS reports to help management make informed decisions.
  • Month-end closing activities; preparing actual vs budget/forecast variance reports.
  • Ensuring all processes and documents are in place.
  • Management accounting, bank reconciliation, debtor/creditor reconciliation, ledger scrutiny.
  • Team handling skills required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of tax compliances and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with financial software and systems.
