Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our SRE team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and highly available systems
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and observability tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential system vulnerabilities
  • Implement chaos engineering practices to proactively identify and mitigate potential system vulnerabilities

Requirements:

A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Additionally, 5-9 years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field are needed. You should have a strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and microservices architecture.

Some additional requirements include:

  • Experience with performance testing and engineering, scalability, availability, and load testing tools (Jmeter/LoadRunner)
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, AppD, Prometheus, Fluentd, ELK, TIG, Dynatrace/AppDynamics/New Relic)
  • Excellent communication and business presentation skills
