Insurance Development Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Insurance Development Manager to spearhead our channel network development and revenue generation initiatives.

  • Primarily responsible for management and development of a team of advisors to promote insurance products and drive business growth.
  • Accountable for recruitment, coaching, and sales leadership to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and develop quality advisors by selling career opportunities and ensuring they undergo proper training on product, regulations, and other selling inputs.
  • Motivate and retain high-performing advisors while providing special attention and need-based training to average performers.
  • Analyze customer needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction leading to customer delight.
  • Inculcate product and practical training to advisors by accompanying them to client meetings and guiding, advising, and motivating them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
