Bioprocess Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Bioprocess Engineer to join our team in Pune. This role involves supporting clients across the region, working closely with our design and manufacturing teams to deliver engineered solutions that meet client requirements.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a willingness to travel extensively across the region.

1. Work with clients to understand process requirements and propose technical solutions.
2. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and application notes.
3. Support sales teams in pre-sales discussions, RFQ responses, and proposal development.
4. Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams to align client requirements with engineered solutions.
5. Conduct technical training and workshops for clients' process and engineering teams.

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in application engineering, process equipment, or biopharma services.
• Strong knowledge of bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
