- Hands-on Functional Testing experience with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and Financials\
- Analyse and improve existing test automation strategies and processes\
- Drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation\
- Collaborate with development and QA teams across shores and define efficient methods to create\
- Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing\
- Empower and enhance delivery from offshore ensure close coordination\
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement\
- Lead initiatives to drive reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices\
- Mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation\
- Create detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes\

- 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, with 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements\
- Mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, Mobile, and APIs\
- Experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium\
- Proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scriptless automation tools including but not limited to Tosca, Test Complete, Robot Framework\
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes\
