Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Data Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence tools to drive data-driven decision making.

As a Senior Claims Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets related to commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) claims to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

You will develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders.

Additionally, you will perform root cause analysis for claims performance issues and recommend data-driven solutions.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve processes, and deliver innovative solutions that drive efficiency and improve customer outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure seamless data mapping and migration.
  • Perform advanced analytics on large datasets to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data quality, enhance data pipelines, and ensure seamless data integration.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on data analysis and visualization best practices.

Requirements

Strong background in data analysis and data visualization.

Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and ETL tools.

Advanced skills in SQL, Python, or R programming languages.
