As a skilled Creative Visionary, you will craft visually compelling stories across digital, print, and event touchpoints. From social media to pitch decks, you'll play a key role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring design consistency across channels.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or alongside our team at our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Design and update landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives to engage users.
  • Social Media & Ad Creatives: Create engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives across platforms to drive brand awareness.
  • Content Creation: Design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles to enhance user experience.
  • Emails & Newsletters: Develop visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates to communicate with clients.
  • Print & Event Materials: Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events to promote brand presence.
  • Pitch Decks & Presentations: Build sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations to showcase products.
  • Video Editing & Animation: Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels to maintain brand integrity.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of design experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work to demonstrate skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Experience with tools for video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices to stay up-to-date.
  • The ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Nice to Have:

  • Webflow development skills for building and managing landing pages to expand skillset.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) to streamline processes.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design practices to complement design expertise.
  • Understanding of SEO and content-driven design to optimize online presence.
