Job Description:

As a Service Engineer for Oracle Product Lifecycle Management, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support for Oracle Cloud PLM, including Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH). You will work with Oracle Fusion product lifecycle configurations and customization management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for Oracle Cloud PLM - Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH)
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion product lifecycle configurations, and customization management
  • Perform API integration testing, configuring Oracle PDH application components
  • Deliver post-production support and hypercare services
  • Create custom reports using Oracle tools
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues
  • Execute Agile data migration processes
  • Conduct quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion and PLM
  • Knowledge of API integration and testing
  • Ability to create custom reports using Oracle tools
