Job Title: Business Insights Analyst

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Gathering project requirements, assessment/simulation setup and delivery, reporting setup and delivery including designing scoring and generating results.
  • Collation of scores for different tools in order to maintain database.
  • Analysis of scores for generating industry benchmarks and norms for different markets.
  • Creating dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently with a high level of domain knowledge. They should also have prior experience in operations and project management, as well as the ability to multitask and ensure timely completion of activities.

Proficient in MS Office:

  • MS Excel: Text functions (CONCATENATE, TRIM), Math functions (CEILING, RANDBETWEEN,), Statistical functions (COUNTA, COUNTIF), Information functions (ISBLANK, ISERROR), Multiple Lookups, Pivot tables and creating charts.
  • Presentation Tools: Well-versed with basic tool functionalities for creating, editing and formatting presentation.
  • MS PowerPoint: Usage of features like Slide orientation, Transition and timing, PDF conversion and Backgrounds and layouts.
  • MS Word: Format a table, add cover page, adjust margins, convert text to table and back.

Preferred knowledge of Tableau for data presentation, Business communication skills (email and conference calls) and fluent with English language. Should be able to coherently and confidently communicate thoughts and ideas verbally, non-verbally and in writing. Self-motivator and go-getter attitude with flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment (VUCA). Basic knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and R/Python.
