About the Role

The Commissioning Manager will provide multi-disciplinary inputs into project scheduling, test script development, designing, and planning. This role coordinates with design and project teams for successful project completion, reviews technical submittals, and drives commissioning processes for MEP&F systems. The successful candidate will lead factory witness testing, perform system-level and integrated system testing, and audit installation and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with environmental, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide multi-disciplinary inputs into project scheduling, test script development, designing, and planning
  • Coordinate with design and project teams for successful project completion
  • Review Electrical, Mechanical technical submittals
  • Drive the L1- L5 commissioning process for MEP&F systems
  • Lead Factory Witness Testing (FWT) for Owner-furnished equipment
  • Perform system-level and integrated system testing
  • Continuously audit installation and Commissioning activities on site to ensure compliance with environmental, quality, and safety requirements
  • Weekly reporting of status of all ongoing projects and lessons learned
  • Efficiently coordinate with third-party commissioning authority
Requirements
  • Electrical / Mechanical engineering experience with thorough understanding of Data Center Electrical, Mechanical & BMS Systems that support the Critical Environments
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or REVIT skills
  • Ability to work with and manage many groups and disciplines, including vendors
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience/Education: Experience with Commissioning large Data Center projects in India / Outside India region. Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
