Job Title: Brand Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Royal Enfield. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand building, 360 media initiatives, and collaborations. The role involves end-to-end brand management, creating sustainable engagement with Royal Enfield consumers, and driving business funnel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an annual brand plan to build brand awareness and aspiration through positioning in priority markets.
  • Strategize, plan, and lead the execution of brand portfolio strategy to improve brand health, awareness, enquiries, and retail sales.
  • Partner with external execution partners for on-ground rollout of finalized initiatives, evaluating and finalizing communication strategies, and collaborating with vendors/partners for impactful communication campaigns.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness by leading negotiations, managing logistics, overseeing production, ensuring legal approvals, and conducting research at various stages to generate effective consumer market insights.
  • Direct and monitor marketing initiatives for impactful execution, briefing and reviewing media plans, providing release material to media, leading the GTM strategy and rollout plans, working with the PR team to drive brand initiatives, analyzing impact on brand, retail, and enquiries, and providing updates and reports on campaigns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Enhance consumer engagement to strengthen brand health by conceptualizing and developing consumer engagement plans, liaising with the activation team for agency and cost finalization, aligning key stakeholders, rolling out and monitoring campaigns in the field.
  • Liaise with CFTs for brand life cycle management, contributing to brand extension strategy, leading on finalization of brand names, legal approvals for brand extensions, and internal alignment.
  • Communication and advertising initiatives: leverage opportunities such as festivals, sports, results, services, and other avenues, briefing preparation with relevant stakeholders/agreement on schedule, vetting briefs, reviewing output from agencies, ensuring internal approvals, and release.
  • Contribute to ensuring positive P&L metrics for the brand, ensuring retail volume and market share as per agreed SBP.
  • Identify or develop brand activations and partnerships, participating in regional marketing conversations to oversee brand initiatives.
  • Liaise with content and digital teams to develop and disseminate communication for various initiatives.
