Role Overview

This role bridges marketing and product design, focusing on delivering cohesive user experiences while communicating our brand's essence through compelling visuals. You will collaborate across teams to ensure every touchpoint reflects myPaisaa's innovative and user-centric vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Design

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with product goals and enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure design accuracy in implementation.

2. Marketing Design

  • Create impactful marketing materials, including banners, social media creatives, email templates, and landing pages that resonate with our target audience.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

3. Branding

  • Contribute to the evolution and consistency of myPaisaa's visual identity across all platforms.
  • Design assets that enhance brand storytelling and create an emotional connection with users.

4. Research & Ideation

  • Conduct user and market research to inform design decisions and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Stay curious and inject fresh ideas into your work to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements

1. Experience: 1-3 years of design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing both product and marketing design work.

2. Skills:

  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and marketing design strategies.

3. Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and work effectively with diverse teams.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in fintech or startup environments.
  • Familiarity with motion design or video editing.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development principles.
