Visual Storyteller

We are seeking a highly skilled motion graphics designer to join our team. This role requires creating visually stunning animations, transitions and effects that align with brand identity and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in working on mobile platforms/Apps/Social media launches.
- Ability to collaborate with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create impactful motion design used across various platforms (web, mobile, video).
- A solid understanding of design language , Aesthetics, Storytelling.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of animation principles, Aesthetics , Composition, Timing,
Spacing. - Possess strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills.
- Needs to be well equipped with working on various design styles and be flexible in adapting to newer ones.
Desired Skillset:
- Self-initiated projects with a strong portfolio.
- Ui/Ux experience is a plus.
- Should be able to apply motion design skills regardless of the medium.
- Ability to think conceptually and solve design problems proactively.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing task priorities and workload in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelors or equivalent degree in art/Design/Animation.
- 2-4+ years of experience as a Motion graphic artist.
- Worked as a motion designer at a creative agency/Animation Studio/ In-house team.
