Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO, with a focus on Cash Management and Treasury. This role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation and Configuration: Configure SAP S/4HANA for Cash Management and Treasury modules, including Bank Account Management, Liquidity Planning, and Cash Flow Forecasting functionalities.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement, designing and implementing efficient solutions using SAP FICO tools and techniques.
  • Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, developing data migration scripts and tools.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionality, identifying and resolving issues during testing and implementation.
  • User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP FICO functionalities, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 3 years in SAP Cash Management and Treasury.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Cash Management and Treasury.
  • Expertise in SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, and Cash and Liquidity Management.
  • Understanding of Bank Account Management, Liquidity Planning, and Cash Flow Forecasting.
  • Knowledge of SAP Treasury functions, including In-House Cash, Treasury and Risk Management, and Hedge Management.
  • Experience with BAPI/BADI for custom functionality.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for Cash Management and Treasury reporting.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and the candidate's level of experience.
