We are seeking a skilled and dynamic expert to drive the successful adoption of our product with clients.

  • Work with global customers to identify target audiences' training needs, acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes, and derive actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption.
  • Manage numerous projects, initiatives, and engagements concurrently.
  • Develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects and be compliant throughout.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to customers.
  • Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to customers using our product ecosystem.
  • Review, analyze, and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage by end-users.

Required Expertise:

  • 2-6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Software Development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders, understand business purposes, and user personas.
  • A strong learning appetite to become an expert on our products through certification programs.
  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • An analytical mindset and comfort working in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies.
  • Experience in multiple industries, such as IT, ITES, Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Oil and Gas.
  • Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, and other software platforms.
  • Awareness of programming languages like Javascript, CSS, HTML.
