Job Title: Financial Services Professional
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Middle Office Assistant Manager. This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the team, working closely with higher management to meet business unit goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing daily operations and ensuring timely delivery of tasks;
- Providing guidance and support to team members;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
- Identifying and mitigating risks;
- Developing and implementing process improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
- Minimum 2 years experience in financial services, fund accounting and/or middle/back-office operations environment;
- Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office.
