Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and manage content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing metrics and KPIs, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimise campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing.

About the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, tools, and techniques, including email marketing, SEM, SEO, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with website design and development, including UX/UI design and HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot or Marketo.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques.
