Job Description
As a Subject Matter Expert for Indirect Tax Compliance, you will engage connect and collaborate with colleagues and service providers all over the world to ensure FLSmidth fulfills its obligations with respect to indirect taxes. Your responsibilities include:
  • Compliance completeness timeliness and accuracy of end-to-end processes supporting the preparation of the indirect tax returns by outsourced service providers and in-house teams
  • Management of information flows with stakeholders
  • Quality control of work product of FLSmidth's internal stakeholders as well as the work product of outsourced service providers

Key Accountabilities
Reporting Support Tax and Finance teams with reporting and accounting of indirect taxes
Controversy Risk Manage the identification assessment and reporting of tax risks associated with compliance operations for indirect tax Strategy Support the identification development and implementation of strategies to continuously improve indirect tax operational processes Governance Ensure that GBS Tax indirect tax operations comply with Group Tax Policy and tax control frameworks
