Game Art Specialist Role
Our team is seeking a skilled Game Artist to create visually stunning game assets and immersive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop 2D and 3D assets for games, including characters, environments, props, icons, and VFX.
- Model, texture, and render 3D assets optimized for Unity and Unreal Engine.
- Ensure art consistency and scalability across various devices and platforms.
- Collaborate with the Game Designer to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Produce intuitive UI elements, including menus, HUDs, buttons, popups, and inventories.
- Conduct iterative design based on feedback and testing results.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both 2D and 3D art skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Blender, and Maya.
- A solid understanding of game UI/UX principles and their application in mobile, PC, and console gaming.
- Experience preparing optimized assets for Unity or Unreal Engine.
Bonus (Desirable Skills)
- Experience with animation, including 2D, 3D, or UI motion graphics.
- Familiarity with shaders and material setup in game engines.
- A passion for playing and analyzing a wide range of games.
- Previous experience working on live products or shipped games.
