Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading Data Science initiatives and programs, including project planning, execution, and delivery
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Managing end-to-end Data Science projects, from project planning to delivery
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience managing complex Data Science projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret and translate technical concepts into business insights
- Strong knowledge of applied advanced analytical scripting languages, such as R, Python, and SPARK APIs
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies, including DATABRICKS, Microsoft AZURE, and GIT (Github/Gitlab)
- Ability to lead Data Science scrums and program scrums, representing the Data Science unit
