Senior Digital Design Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned digital design expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for modern processor architecture, complex digital design, and verification methodologies.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers from different locations/time zones to develop and verify cutting-edge processor architectures.
- This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in RTL/SOC design/integration with Verilog/system Verilog, as well as mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and integrate complex digital systems using IP/SOC design methodologies.
- Develop power-aware verification expertise using UPF (Unified Power Format).
- Mentor junior engineers to enhance their skill sets and contribute to team success.
- Promote effective communication among team members through regular meetings and collaboration.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
- Lead the development of UVM-based verification frameworks and testbenches.
- Drive automation workflows in distributed compute environments.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in digital design, verification, and mentorship.
- Proficient in IP level ASIC verification, debugging firmware and RTL code, and working with simulation tools.
- Experience with Verilog, SystemVerilog, C, C++, Linux, Windows, and scripting languages like Perl, Ruby, Makefile, and shell.
- Good understanding of UVM concepts, SystemVerilog language, SystemC, and TLM.
- Exposure to leadership or mentorship is an asset.
