**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to join our team.

**About the Role:** This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in financial operations, data analysis, and automation to drive business growth and improvement.

  • We require an individual with at least 1 year of experience in financial operations, who has handled reconciliations, automation projects, and worked with data visualization tools like Power BI.

**Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations Management

• Perform reconciliations with third-party reports, identify gaps, communicate with relevant stakeholders, and bring issues to closure.

• Identify opportunities for automation in existing financial workflows and collaborate with IT and finance teams to deploy automation solutions using tools and scripts.

Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Leverage Power BI or similar data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Advanced Data Modeling

• Develop and maintain complex Excel models to support financial analysis, reporting, and business planning activities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with various departments (Finance, IT, and Operations) to understand requirements and implement financial solutions.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Btech, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience in financial process automation using tools or programming scripts (e.g., Python).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
