Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your analytical skills in a dynamic environment. As a Banking Operations Senior Associate, you will be responsible for performing critical tasks that contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Unwrap shareholder details and entity information with precision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Conduct thorough investigations, collect data, compile documentation, and maintain detailed notes to meet client expectations.

  • Ensure timely completion of transactions, consistently meeting or exceeding client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Identify and resolve complex problems, escalating when necessary to Team Leaders, Line Managers, or Unit Heads while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Apply established tools and procedures to solve task-related problems through fact-finding, information search, verification, compilation, and issue tracking.

Requirements

  • A minimum of months of relevant experience in the KYC/CDD domain.

  • The ability to comprehend moderately complex transactions and understand source documents.

  • Detailed-oriented individuals with excellent organizational and multitasking skills are highly desired.
