Financial Leadership Opportunity

The successful candidate will oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance across multiple entities within a global organization.

This is a dynamic role that requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth and governance through accurate financial consolidation, regulatory adherence, and strategic financial guidance.

A key aspect of this position is preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all group entities in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Additionally, the individual will coordinate and manage external audits and statutory filings, develop and enforce internal control frameworks, and monitor and improve financial processes, systems, and controls across entities.

Another crucial responsibility is overseeing entity-level budgeting and forecasting processes and supporting strategic planning and financial modeling for new initiatives and expansions. This role also involves managing and mentoring a team of accountants and financial analysts across entities and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Operations.

The ideal candidate should possess experience in managing entities across different geographies and currencies, familiarity with transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, and tax structuring, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
