Overview

Rapinno Tech Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer Leader to lead our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in cloud engineering, focusing on Azure cloud, CI/CD pipeline management, Jenkins, Automation, and Pipeline Migration to Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy:\r
    • \r
    • Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, providing technical guidance and leadership.\r
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.\r
    • Take ownership of the DevOps lifecycle, driving best practices for automation, monitoring, and optimization.\r
    • Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve DevOps practices.\r

  • Azure Cloud Infrastructure Management:\r
    • \r
    • Design, implement, and manage highly scalable and secure solutions in Azure Cloud.\r
    • Lead the migration of infrastructure and applications to Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.\r
    • Work closely with stakeholders to define and implement infrastructure-as-code solutions using tools like ARM Templates, Terraform, or Bicep.\r

  • CI/CD Pipeline Management:\r
    • \r
    • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or other automation tools to streamline the development and deployment processes.\r
    • Ensure automation of deployments and updates across multiple environments, enhancing the software release cycle.\r
    • Integrate with source control repositories (e.g., GitHub, Azure Repos) to ensure smooth code integration and deployment.\r

  • Automation & Scripting:\r
    • \r
    • Write and maintain scripts for automation of infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment using tools like Bash, PowerShell, Python, or YAML.\r
    • Automate testing and monitoring processes to ensure system integrity and reliability.\r
    \r
  • Migration to Azure:\r
    • \r
    • Lead and execute the migration of legacy systems and applications to Azure, ensuring that all processes are compliant with best practices and security standards.\r
    • Provide expertise in the assessment, planning, and execution of migration strategies to ensure a smooth transition to Azure.\r
    \r
  • Monitoring & Incident Management:\r
    • \r
    • Implement effective monitoring and alerting systems for cloud infrastructure and services.\r
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues in real-time, maintaining high availability.\r
    • Participate in on-call rotations and incident management when required.\r

  • Documentation & Reporting:\r
    • \r
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on infrastructure, processes, and best practices.\r
    • Report on the performance and health of the systems to management and other stakeholders.\r
    \r

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • \r
  • Azure Cloud:\r
    • \r
    • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services (VMs, Networking, Storage, App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, etc.).\r
    • Expertise in Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, Azure DevOps, and Azure CLI.\r
    • Experience in implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for cloud environments.\r

  • CI/CD & Automation:\r
    • \r
    • Strong expertise in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or other relevant tools.\r
    • Experience with automation of testing, integration, deployment, and monitoring.\r
    • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.\r
    \r
  • Scripting & Automation:\r
    • \r
    • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, Bash, or YAML for automation.\r
    • Ability to automate cloud resource provisioning, software deployments, and configuration management.\r
    \r
  • Pipeline Migration & Cloud Native Solutions:\r
    • \r
    • Experience in migrating applications to Azure, including legacy system migration and cloud-native adoption.\r
    • Expertise in modern cloud solutions and architectures such as Microservices, Serverless, and Containers.\r
    \r
  • Version Control & Collaboration Tools:\r
    • \r
    • Strong experience with version control systems like Git (GitHub, GitLab, Azure Repos).\r
    • Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.\r
    \r
  • Monitoring & Logging:\r
    • \r
    • Experience with tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Grafana for performance monitoring, logging, and incident management.\r
