Job Description:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the deployment of software products to production environments.
  • This role will be responsible for managing an existing TFS system and automation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Deploy software products to production environments designed to increase customer value.
  • Manage existing TFS systems and deployment automation.
  • Deploy orchestration to multiple environments for multiple products.
  • Create and maintain application and system configuration files.
  • Perform release branching and maintenance tasks.
  • Enhance application deployment processes.

Requirements:

">
  • BS Degree or equivalent work experience in a technical discipline.
  • Strong experience administering and using TFS and Visual Studio.
  • Experience with GitLab version control and pipeline development.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience deploying software to complex production environments.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a DevOps role writing advanced automation scripts.
  • Working experience transitioning from manual deployments to automated CI/CD.
  • Strong working experience automating build and packaging for continuous integration.
  • General understanding of webserver software and application deployment automation.
  • Experience with configuration change control, validation, and automation.
  • Working experience deploying software in on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of Linux (RHEL) and Windows.
