Key Roles and Responsibilities

This role involves the end-to-end financial close process, including submission of compliance reports.

  • Close US F&A GL month tasks and submit Borrowing Compliance and Ratio Analysis.
  • Prepare Balance sheet, Income Statement, and Accruals movements.
  • Guide the preparation of monthly financial accounts in line with SOPs and processes.
  • Prepare Annual Accounts and Finalize Accounts for Group Companies and Consolidated Accounts.
  • Consolidate group companies' monthly data.
  • Assist in year-end books audit purposes and Liaison with auditors.
  • Implement internal control systems and maintain cash flow analyses.
  • Analyse monthly financial statements and communicate analysis to management.
  • Ensure operational compliance and reconcile bank accounts.

This role also involves formulating various business systems, policies, and procedures to achieve overall company objectives.
