We are seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles, including Java Developers, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, and Data Engineering positions. Additionally, the ideal candidate will support Engineering & Core domains such as Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Validation, Quality, and more.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the US job market and excellent sourcing strategies. They should also be comfortable working with VMS/ATS tools and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for US IT roles
  • Support simultaneous recruitment for Engineering & Core domains
  • Utilize job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn to source top talent
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and technical qualifications
  • Negotiate salary and rate terms, preparing candidates for interviews
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to meet client expectations
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates for future project opportunities
  • Keep ATS updated and ensure accurate documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years of experience in US IT recruiting (must have)
  • Prior exposure to non-IT/engineering roles is highly desirable
  • Strong experience with sourcing strategies and technical screening
  • Familiarity with US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with ATS (Bullhorn, JobDiva, etc.) and VMS portals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask across IT & Engineering roles
  • Willingness to work in US Time Zones
