Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Medico-Marketing Support:
    • Provide medical references and data to support product positioning and research.
  • Marketing Collaboration:

  • Material Preparation:
    • Prepare comprehensive product manuals and training slides to enhance understanding and communication of product benefits.
  • CME Development:
    • Develop and prepare Continuing Medical Education (CME) materials to support ongoing education initiatives.
  • Product Evaluation:
    • Evaluate new product ideas and presentations, providing insights and recommendations to the teams.
  • Training Sessions:
    • Conduct medical training sessions for field staff to ensure they are well-informed about products and therapeutic areas.
  • Clinical Study Participation:
    • Actively participate in clinical studies to gather relevant data and insights that inform medical strategies.
  • Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct evaluations of competitors' new products and strategies, providing analysis to inform company positioning and development efforts.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging science to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.
    Requirements:
    • Education:
      • Advanced degree in life sciences (MBBS, MD) or equivalent.
    • Experience:
      • Minimum of 15 years in medical affairs or related fields, with a focus on marketing support and product evaluation.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
    • Knowledge:
      • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, clinical development processes, and the therapeutic landscape relevant to the company's products.
