We are seeking an experienced Physics Expert to join our team as a Senior Subject Matter Expert. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality physics content and assessments that meet the needs of our JEE preparation program.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of teaching JEE Physics or developing JEE preparation content, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience. You will also possess excellent problem-solving abilities and working knowledge of instructional design tools and content management systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Mapping JEE Physics into a hierarchical knowledge graph to structure concepts based on prerequisite dependencies and logical progression
* Developing adaptive learning pathways that adjust dynamically based on student proficiency, ensuring personalized content delivery and targeted remediation
* Creating proprietary problem-solving methodologies that optimize logical deconstruction, strategic approximation, and computational efficiency
* Designing multi-dimensional assessments that evaluate conceptual depth, procedural accuracy, and strategic problem-solving beyond just correct answers
