Job Description:

We are a leading home textile fashion industry looking for a highly skilled export merchandiser to join our team. As an export merchandiser, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing fabric follow-ups, and overseeing the design and color approvals process.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and arrange samples accordingly
2. Manage fabric follow-ups, fabric calculations, and design and color approvals
3. Meet with foreign and local buyers and suppliers as needed
4. Communicate with clients via email to address their queries and concerns
5. Update clients on order status
6. Collaborate with the design team to develop new designs based on client requirements
7. Follow up with the sampling team for hangers and samples
8. Create and maintain a database of client information
9. Prepare purchase orders in the ERP system
10. Coordinate with the production team for timely delivery and quality control
11. Provide shipment details to clients and communicate with the accounts team for payment details and order closure

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
