Interior Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of residential projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Funnel Management: Drive sales closure by owning the sales funnel and working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the final result.
  • Design Deliverables: Lead and own the quality and accuracy of design deliverables, including conceptual design, technical design, and modular design.
  • Project Lifecycle: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation to project completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduation or relevant diploma; 15 years of academic education.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Projects: Led and delivered minimum 5-6 residential projects.
  • Design Tools: Excellent knowledge of design tools, including PPT presentation and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise: Holds expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), and modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning).
  • Civil Works & Services: Holds project expertise in creating BoQ for customers and coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales Expertise: Holds sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitch, driving and leading design meetings with customers.
  • Behavioral Attributes: Result-oriented, team player, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication, high degree of willingness to learn, and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
