Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive

The Role of an Influencer Marketing Executive is crucial in driving brand awareness and user growth through strategic collaborations with content creators and influencers.

This position requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and short-video content ecosystems. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and manage influencer partnerships across social platforms to create impactful campaigns.
  • Negotiate collaborations, contracts, and deliverables with influencers/creators.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns to promote our brand and offerings.
  • Coordinate with content/design teams to provide briefs, creatives, and campaign assets.
  • Track influencer content performance, measure ROI, and optimize future partnerships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies for long-term collaborations.
  • Monitor social trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging creators.

Requirements:

  • 0–1 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-video content ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in analyzing campaign performance metrics.
  • Should be camera-friendly and confident in representing the brand in influencer-driven campaigns or social content.
