Hydration Expert

Our organization is seeking a skilled Water Specialist to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth through sales, marketing, and distributor management.

• Customer Acquisition and Retention:
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase share of wallet and promote innovations to existing accounts.
• Sales Forecasting and Collections:
  • Ensure timely accounts receivable collections and maintain accurate sales forecasting.
• Channel Partner/Distributor Management:
  • Grow business through existing channel partners and expand coverage by appointing new distributors.
• Market Intelligence:
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with various teams, including supply chain, HR, finance, R&D, procurement, and leadership.
• Continuous Development:
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ethics and Integrity:
  • Demonstrate and promote ethical practices across all activities.

A technical background is required, with engineering or science degrees preferred. Prior experience in pool or water treatment industries is beneficial.
