The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles, with experience in managing month-end close activities, transaction processing, and corporate policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of month-end close activities in accordance with US GAAP standards;
  • Process day-to-day transactions while maintaining adherence to corporate policies and procedures;
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and yearly balance sheets and profit/loss statements;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address ad-hoc queries and resolve issues efficiently;
  • Review and maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate reconciliation with the company's financial records on a monthly basis;
  • Provide support to team members by offering process insights and expertise;
  • Coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth audit closure processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in MIS/Statutory Reporting;
  • Preferred experience in a technology-driven environment, particularly in subscription-based or SaaS business models;
  • Proven track record of working in multinational environments and knowledge of finance and accounting practices across various markets;
  • Experience managing the month-end close process with a close cycle of 4 business days or less;
  • Knowledge/experience in Accounting Standards: U.S. GAAP or IGAAP;
  • Advanced skills in Excel features and functionalities;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
