Job Opportunity: Cybersecurity Specialist - Regional Security Lead

  • Manage the security of multiple sites within a region.
  • Organize and lead regular security meetings with site security officers.
  • Coordinate translations performed by site security officers regarding security communications, eLearning, TIPs.
  • Deploy the Valeo ISSP within the region, assess and improve the level of security of different sites.
  • Disseminate Group standards, rules, and best practices to site security officers.
  • Control and validate the Valeo ISSP compliance for all sites in the region.
  • Manage security action plans of the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the security point of contact for the region.
  • Participate in external security assessments and act as delegate of Group CISO.
  • Functionally manage site security officers.
  • Develop knowledge of site security officers.
  • Manage their training.
  • Define and follow improvement plans with site security officers.
  • Perform or control risk assessments for projects, sites, third parties.
  • Ensure that all non-compliances, abnormal security events, and security incidents are raised by site security officers.
  • Ensure swift resolution of security incidents with site security officers and the Group CIRT.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in security.
  • Proven track record of managing security teams and projects.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
