Senior Data Analyst

Job Description

As a senior data analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth by applying advanced analytics techniques to extract value from large datasets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven models to answer complex business questions, creating hypotheses and experiments to identify hidden relationships, and visualizing information to develop reports on results of data analysis.

You will work closely with product teams to present data-based recommendations and influence product decisions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to spread best practices to analytics and product teams and implement new tools to make data analysis more efficient.

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience working with large datasets for drawing business insights.
  • 1+ years of experience in a data science role.
  • Professional working knowledge of machine learning; including solving complex business problems, predictive modeling, leveraging both structured and unstructured data sources, relational databases, and SQL.
  • Professional working knowledge of statistics and modeling techniques.
  • Fluent in Python or R programming.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
