Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our technology-first team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, cloud-native web applications using modern architecture patterns.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to code reviews, test automation, and best practices to ensure high-quality code.
  • Drive product features from concept to production with ownership and accountability.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide input into technical direction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–12 years of development experience in a product-based or SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core, with knowledge of distributed systems and concurrent design.
  • Experience working with APIs, microservices, and asynchronous communication patterns.
  • Comfort with CI/CD pipelines and test automation practices (TDD/ATDD preferred).
  • A passion for clean, maintainable code and great user experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, ask the right questions, and drive quality.
