Creative Media Strategist Job Description

As a Creative Media Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the conceptualization and execution of creative strategies for client campaigns. This involves providing art direction for shoots, from pre-production mood boards to final execution.

You will oversee social media grid planning to ensure a cohesive, premium brand identity for each client. Additionally, you will develop innovative campaign concepts that align creativity with client business goals.

Analyze market and digital trends to implement forward-thinking creative solutions. Present clear and confident creative pitches and strategies to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with excellence.

Mentor and guide junior designers/creatives in maintaining agency quality standards. Ensure brand storytelling consistency across platforms — digital, print, and experiential. Balance creative innovation with data-driven insights for maximum client impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires 4–6 years of experience in creative strategy, branding, or art direction (agency experience preferred). A strong portfolio of campaigns, shoots, and social media work is essential.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and related tools is necessary. Strong leadership and project management abilities are also required.
