Telecom Expert

We are seeking a skilled Telecom Expert to analyze telecom usage, optimize plans, identify discrepancies, and drive cost savings through proactive insights and recommendations.

About the Role:

  • Analyze devices and recommend the most suitable plans/features based on usage.
  • Review accounts for zero-use devices and manage deactivation where required.
  • Perform spend & trend analysis to track telecom cost patterns.
  • Monitor data usage, identify high data users, and provide corrective recommendations.
  • Perform unbilled usage analysis and ensure timely billing.
  • Validate rate plans and features against contract compliance.
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in wireless accounts.
  • Review provider contracts, terms, and ensure adherence.
  • Manage devices for exit employees and ensure proper offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. They should be proactive with the ability to work independently and have strong organizational and time management skills. Advanced level of English (verbal & written) is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, formulas).
