Our organization is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our 3D art team.

About the Role

We require an accomplished Art Director with extensive experience in 3D art production, preferably holding senior artist or leadership roles for at least two years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and develop the overall visual style, tone, and artistic vision for 3D projects.
  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled artists, providing constructive feedback to ensure growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with game designers and developers to synchronize artistic objectives with project goals and technical constraints.
  • Develop and maintain efficient 3D art pipelines and production workflows.
  • Evaluate all art assets and deliverables to guarantee high-quality consistency throughout the project.
  • Create conceptual designs, visual guides, and storyboards to communicate artistic direction to the team and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in fine arts, graphic design, animation, or a related field.
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or ZBrush.
  • A solid understanding of real-time rendering engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • Experience with texturing and sculpting tools like Substance Painter or Adobe Creative Suite.
Soft Skills
  • Demonstrated team management and mentorship skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
