Job Description

As a Senior Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and consistency across global teams. You will be responsible for leading projects that adhere to standards and continuous operations improvements.

You will also partner with regional and Global Leads, Managers, Director of Operations and stakeholders to effectively manage initiatives. Your ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization will be essential in this role.

In addition, you will lead a team of minimum 7 members, ensuring daily deliverables are met and regular presentations are made for regional and global teams. You will also act as a point of contact during shifts and be resourceful to support the team and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Postgraduate Degree: An MBA-Finance degree is required.

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is necessary.

Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity of Fixed Income products (Rates, Bonds, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Commodities) is required. Experience in building effective business relationships with cross functional/geographical teams is also important.
