Job Overview

The Contracts Manager will lead a team and handle contracts for the Digital Solutions Division, ensuring all contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met through skilled project management.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure smooth execution of DSD contracts at various sites, performance tracking, and people management.
  • Work towards meeting contract profitability and KPIs, business development, offer sales support, work on pricing strategies, market analysis, and market intelligence.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills, decision-making, conflict management, cost consciousness, financial acumen, business understanding, and effectively leading the team to ensure optimum utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure all technical jobs are carried out in accordance with Epiroc's guidelines.
  • Ensure site coordination with product champions at PC to resolve issues in time.
  • Proper planning and management of inventory and buffer stock on sites.
  • Optimized operations and controlled use of resources to achieve contract profitability.
  • Maintain records and documentation, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers with relevant data and reports.
  • Site visits to underground locations may be required for full control.
  • Reporting of unsolved issues to PC on time, coordination with site manager, ensuring tests, rectifying issues as recommended by Level 3 PC support, escalating unresolved issues amicably, and supporting site manager.
