Seeking a seasoned Java developer to lead our team's technical endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Java-based applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and implement solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Java development, suggesting improvements to existing processes and tools.
  • Mentor junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skills growth within the team.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with QA engineers to troubleshoot and resolve defects, improving overall product quality.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Java development, with a strong background in object-oriented programming principles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building scalable, efficient, and maintainable software systems using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Proficiency in database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and ability to design optimal data models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable parts.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile environments.
  • Prior experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
