Executive Software Architect

As a seasoned software architect, you will spearhead the effort to design and configure applications, serving as the primary point of contact. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process.

You will engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, guaranteeing that the applications developed meet both user needs and technical specifications. Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices is crucial to driving innovation within your team and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
  • Make informed team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any roadblocks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
