Job Title: Policy Billing Developer

Job Summary:

We seek a seasoned policy billing developer to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and maintaining complex policy and billing systems, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain policy and billing systems ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to implement solutions using policy and billing systems.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of policy and billing systems.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in the insurance industry with a focus on policy and billing systems.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining solutions using policy and billing systems.
  • Strong understanding of insurance industry processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using development tools and techniques.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other insurance policy administration systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.

Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies is preferred.
