Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain complex applications on the AS400 platform.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
3. Develop and implement comprehensive unit test cases and plans for high-quality code.
4. Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
5. Troubleshoot issues during various development phases.
6. Contribute to the development of new complex CL programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
  • At least 3 years of experience in the development industry with exposure to the complete life cycle of development on CLP/RPG/RPGLE for commercial applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of AS400 technology (RPGLE, CLLE, DB2), ILE including modular programming in ILE-RPG.
  • Good English communication skills and experience in multicultural work environments.

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in the Insurance domain, preferably in Life insurance.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Self-motivation, flexibility, responsibility, and a desire for quality.
