Language Model Specialist

What we need from you:

  • Advanced degree in Literature, Linguistics, Communication, Creative Writing, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Journalism, Economics, Political Science, History, or related fields
  • Fluency in English at C1 level
  • Familiarity with machine learning models, particularly Language Learning Models (LLMs)
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle complex scenarios
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

Your responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality training data sets for AI models
  • Annotate data to help AI models align with human values
  • Improve grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of training data and AI-generated text
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets
  • Meet target KPIs for job count and average handle time per job
